Crying Is Important

Hey guys!

A picture will be up later today, but I want to talk about something that happened last night.

Yesterday was not a great night for me. I’m sometimes struggling with my self-confidence, and I felt really bad about myself last night. I’m not even gonna lie. I cried. A lot. I had a lot of questions about my life. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do in the future, and I was a little bit scared of how it’s gonna be when I grow up.

But everyone has these days and it’s completely normal. Especially if you are a teen like me.

If you feel the same way, here are some things I do to feel better. I hope it helps.

1. Cry
If you need to cry, just do it. Don’t be afraid, crying is good for you! Just let it all out and it will feel so much better afterwards. There’s nothing worse than keeping the sadness inside.

2. Do something that makes you happy
After letting all the tears you have out, do something that makes you happy. It could be anything; a hobby, watching a favorite TV-show, or in my case it’s watching my favourite youtubers and eating candy.
